Replacements

  • For wrong or defective products, we offer a free replacement at no additional cost.

  • The defective or wrong item must be returned before the replacement is sent.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Refunds/exchanges are not applicable for:

    • Change of mind.

    • Personalized/customized products (e.g., engraved gift boxes).

    • Opened or used food items.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days once the returned item is received and inspected.
